“ My experience and for my children it’s helped them develop discipline. There is something that we found in here that we haven't found anywhere else and is a sense of family. The program is excellent. ”

“ I can tell you that there is no other school in New Jersey that teaches the Authentic Karate that Shihan Buttermark does. As father of autistic child, John Robert came in here 7 years ago, not be able to throw a punch or kick. The socialization and the friendships that he's made here are more than words could ever mention. ”

" Amazing teacher and program all around. Sensei creates champions and takes his work extremely seriously with his students. He goes well beyond karate and turns these kids into upstanding human beings. "

“My 11-year old twins have been TKC members since age 3! I’ve been astounded at their personal growth and accomplishments earned. My husband began as a student in his late 40s to combat work stresses, bounce back from a serious battle with cancer, and for wellness improvement; he has had great results. TKC has truly been “family” to us all and a blessing. Under the tutelage of their dedicated staff and interactions with other wonderful families, we are blessed to have entered the TKC family. We’ll be members for life.”

“ I started this program because I wanted my daughter to learn self-defense, but not only she has learned self-defense, she can stand now in front of the bullying. I see the confidence in her. I'm very grateful of Shihan, he has showed her how to be confident in this world. "
